16 May I am 40 years old and have 2 children. I have suffered from endometriosis for the past 7 years. 5 years ago, I had a “chocolate cyst”removed by open surgery and another one on the opposite ovary removed by key-hole surgery 3 years later. Recently, I started to have menstrual pain and backache again. Is there anyway of preventing endometriosis from recurring? What are my treatment options?
